Our mission at Tips To Tap is to provide top-notch manicure and pedicure services in a modern salon with exceptional standards of cleanliness and quality, where guests feel welcome, valued, and beautiful. We are conveniently located on Main Street in Evans City, PA, just minutes from Cranberry Twp, Zelienople, Harmony, and Butler. Policies: 1. Appointments & Scheduling - Appointments are recommended to guarantee service time. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. - First and last name, a valid phone number, and credit card* are required on file to book any appointment. The only exception to this rule is an in-person, non-refundable cash deposit of 50% of service price. - Groups of 4 or more require a 25% deposit upon booking 2. Late Arrivals & Cancellations - A reschedule/cancellation notice is required no less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments - Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may receive adjusted service to fit remaining time - Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a last-minute cancellation - Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of service cost - No-shows are subject to be charged 100% of service cost 3. Payments - Cash, debit, and all major credit cards accepted. Checks are not accepted. - Deposits are deducted from total price at checkout 4. Refunds/Redos - No refunds on completed services. We check in throughout our services to ensure your satisfaction. - Chipping or lifting within 48 hours will be repaired free of charge - All deposits are non-refundable 5. Client Info & Responsibilities - Inform your technician of any allergies or health concerns that may affect or be affected by your service - Technicians may not diagnose, treat, or perform service on clients with open wounds, fungal infections, or contagious skin/nail conditions - Technicians have the right to refuse service with reasonable disgression - Guests are responsible for their own belongings * Credit cards only automatically charged for no-shows and last-minute cancellations
